The Galati Law Firm is pleased to announce the addition of a new role to its team with Lyndsay Galati Green having joined the Firm as its new Head of Operations.
In this role, Lyndsay will have day-to-day management of the Firm’s operations, guiding its overall people strategy and execution, leading its Human Resources function, and helping shape the evolution of the firm amidst continued growth. She will also travel internationally to meet with the Firm’s key partners abroad.
“Assisting clients around the world looking to hire international employees, immigrate, or expand residence options is our key focus,” said Firm Principal Matthew Galati. “Lyndsay’s broad experience in leading international businesses along with her deep knowledge of human services and client engagement will be instrumental in driving our work forward. She is an optimistic and solution-oriented leader who will be a strong partner and advocate for our team members internally and external business partners around the world.”
Most recently, Lyndsay held a series of leadership roles for J. Crew and Madewell, focusing on social media marketing, training, and holding high-level responsibilities regarding international customer service. Lyndsay commenced her career at HumanKind, a nonprofit driven to strengthen individuals, families and communities through care, counseling and education.
With over ten years of nonprofit experience, she’s served as a director, professor, and clinician responsible for expanding programs through state and national initiatives.
Lyndsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Longwood University in Virginia.
