The Galati Law Firm Welcomes Associate Attorney Jennifer Haines, Esq.

The Galati Law Firm LLC is pleased to announce that Jennifer Haines, Esq. has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in June 2021. Haines brings with her extensive experience across nearly every facet of business and family immigration law.

“We pride ourselves on being a full service immigration law firm – a firm which is now stronger with Jennifer Haines on its roster,” said Firm Principal Matthew T. Galati. “Jennifer’s experience runs the gamut of the practice. She’s helped scores of clients receive H-1Bs, TNs, and Green Cards through the EB-categories, which is the backbone of any business practice. But beyond that, Jennifer also has worked with many families and clients seeking humanitarian visas. We’re very excited to be able to bring in someone who was able to hit the ground running and help our clients on day one."

Haines says she first became interested in immigration law following her studies at Dickinson College (B.A., International Studies & Spanish), where she spent a year studying abroad in Spain. While abroad, Haines taught Spanish and English to individuals arriving in Europe from Northern Africa.

Following graduation from Rutgers Law School, Haines was admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the District of New Jersey in federal court, in addition to additional federal court admissions pending.

“Jennifer is one of a very few number of attorneys with experience of litigating denied petitions in federal court,” said Galati. “Our firm is dedicated to fighting the Agency’s delays and denials. She is a great fit for our growing litigation practice.”

In addition to her busy practice, Haines is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”). Currently, she co-chairs the Philadelphia AILA Chapter’s National Day of Action Committee. She is able to assist clients in English and Spanish.
