In addition to representing clients directly, our firm also offers services for other attorneys who may wish to leverage our expertise and/or admissions to bring about ultimate success for the end client.
Co-Counseling
We are gladly available to assist attorneys in representing their clients’ immigration matters. With options ranging from ‘a second set of eyes’ to review draft filings, to formal co-representation relationships, our Firm takes great pride in assisting other immigration lawyers, especially solos and small firms venturing into new matters for the first time.
Local Counsel
With state-level admissions in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and various federal courts, our Firm is available to provide local counsel services for out-of-jurisdiction lawyers to file suits in those places we call home.
We are currently admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Pennsylvania, Eastern District of Missouri, the District of D.C., and the District of New Jersey. At the appellate level, we are also admitted to the Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the D.C. Circuit.
