Investment Options
1.
Real State: Investment of €500,000 plus taxes in new property or €350,000 in property older than 30 years and situated in urban regeneration areas.
2.
Capital Transfer: Invest €1,000,000 in a Portuguese Financial Institution or €350,000 in investment funds or in venture capital.
3.
Company Acquisition: For €1,000,000 or capital reinforcement of €350,000 + 5 job positions.
4.
Job Creation: Creation of at least 10 permanent jobs in Portugal.
5.
Scientific Research Activities: Investment of €350,000 in research activities in the scientific or technologic areas.
6.
Arts and Culture: Investment of €250,000 in activities of artistic output, reconstruction or maintenance of the national heritage.
